WHERE YOU WORK

LED Work Lights for Trucks,
Tractors & Working Vehicles

Start with what the operator needs to see. Loading, field work and equipment maintenance each call for a different spread of light around the vehicle.

Truck work lights illuminating a loading area

Truck Work Lights for Loading & Service

LED work lights for trucks should reach the loading edge, steps and working side. On European trucks and specialist service vehicles, check where doors and bodywork interrupt the beam. Rear and side lamps can cover different tasks without shining through the cab.

Semi truck work lights
Tractor work lights illuminating rear implements

LED Tractor Work Lights for Fields & Implements

Aim tractor flood lights across the full implement width. Check the view through the rear window with the implement raised and lowered. When comparing 12 volt LED tractor lights, check the electrical range as well as the mounting fit; cab reflections and shadows still need an on-vehicle check.

LED agricultural work lights
Excavator work lights covering the bucket and ground

Construction Vehicle Work Lights

Excavators and construction vehicles need light on the tool, ground and access steps. Choose heavy duty LED work lights by their mounting strength and tested performance, then inspect coverage with the boom or attachment in its working positions.

Work lights for construction vehicles
Forestry work lights illuminating a grapple and forest ground

LED Work Lights for Forestry Vehicles

Light the attachment and ground between trees. Forestry work lights may need more than one mounting position where the boom or timber blocks the beam. Check for glare from nearby branches and keep bright reflections out of the cab.

Forestry LED work lights
Marine flood lights illuminating a working deck

Marine LED Work Lights for Boat Decks

Cover deck tasks without shining into the helm. Choose marine work lights with attention to salt exposure, sealed connections and corrosion at brackets and fasteners. These are task lights, not navigation lights.

Marine work light options
Auxiliary work light installation on a UTV

4x4 Work Lights & Auxiliary Driving Light Installation

4WD work lights can also be installed as auxiliary driving lights when their beam suits the forward view. For 4x4 and UTV installations, compare the mounting space, beam reach and aiming adjustment. Explore our LED driving lights for forward-lighting options.

Off road work lights

LED Trailer Work Lights for Loading

Place trailer work lights where they illuminate ramps, load edges and the ground behind the trailer. Check coverage with the ramp down, and plan the power connection and switching between the towing vehicle and trailer.

BEAM COVERAGE

Choose the Coverage.
Light Your Working Area.

Use LED flood work lights for broad coverage beside the vehicle. A spot beam reaches a smaller working point farther away. Compare the beam at the intended mounting height, including the darker edges.

Compare the supplied work-area lighting images. For measured performance, request the corresponding beam map. Request a beam map
Combine broad task lighting with a warning function where additional vehicle visibility is required. View matching work lights

Tractor flood lights for wide implements

A wide implement needs usable light across its working width. Compare LED tractor flood lights using a beam map at the planned mounting height, then check for shadows behind the implement.

Truck work lights for side and rear tasks

Use broad coverage at the loading area and vehicle sides. A separate spot beam work light can illuminate a more distant task without turning every work light in the same direction.

PERFORMANCE & DURABILITY

How to Choose
Heavy Duty LED Work Lights

The best work light for a tractor, truck or mining vehicle depends on the job it must survive. Compare these six points before selecting a model or placing a bulk order.

01

Will the mounting survive vibration and repeated shocks?

A lamp on a loader or mining vehicle faces repeated vibration as well as sudden jolts. Figures such as 10G or 30G vibration and 60G shock describe different tests; compare the test profile, duration and mounting arrangement before ranking two lights. IK08 addresses an external impact on the enclosure. Inspect the bracket, bolts and lamp together, because a sound housing still needs a secure mount.

JIUGUANG LED work lights meet these vibration, shock and enclosure-impact ratings.

Vibration · Shock · IK protection
02

Can LED work lights resist electromagnetic interference?

Nearby equipment and vehicle electrical systems can expose work lights to electromagnetic disturbances. Electromagnetic immunity matters when assessing the risk of flickering, resets or a loss of light during work. For markets and vehicle projects requiring ECE R10 approval, include it in the purchasing specification and check the approval for the selected lamp. ECE R10 covers vehicle electromagnetic compatibility, including immunity; EN 55015 emissions testing alone does not establish immunity.

ECE R10 certification is available for JIUGUANG LED work lights.

03

What should I look for in a work light lens?

Start with the beam on the working surface. A flood optic should spread useful light across the task; a bright central patch can leave the edges difficult to see. For a PC lens, ask about impact performance and the surface treatment for abrasion and weather exposure. A material name alone does not tell you how the finished lens will stand up to grit and cleaning.

04

Which protection matters for dust, water and washdowns?

Check the full designation: IP67 and IP6K9K describe different water-exposure tests. A rating for immersion does not by itself establish resistance to a high-pressure wash. On the vehicle, inspect the cable entry and connector as carefully as the lamp housing. The complete installation needs protection from the dust, mud and cleaning routine it will face.

JIUGUANG work lights are tested to IP67, IP68 or IP69K ratings across the range.

05

How do I choose work lights for salt and corrosion?

For marine work lights and vehicles exposed to road salt, examine the housing coating, bracket and fasteners. A salt-spray result such as 500 hours is useful alongside the test method and acceptance criteria. Check where corrosion appeared and whether the mounting and electrical connections still functioned. Test hours are not a forecast of service life.

JIUGUANG work lights offer strong corrosion resistance, with corresponding test reports supplied for the products.

06

How do I choose 12V or 24V LED work lights?

Compare 12V LED work lights and 24V LED work lights against the actual supply. For a 9–60V DC requirement, check that the lamp covers the vehicle’s operating conditions. Use measured power when planning the circuit. Compare output after warm-up and read temperature limits with their test conditions. Surge protection needs its own test evidence.

JIUGUANG LED work lights support 9–60V DC input for compatibility with a wide range of vehicle power supplies.

INSTALLATION GUIDE

Find Its Place.
Plan Your Vehicle Work Lights.

Treat the rear, sides and attachment as separate lighting positions. This makes it easier to choose a lamp for each task and decide which lights should switch together.

Rear of the vehicle

Loading edge, steps and implement

Use rear flood work lights to reach the working surface and the ground below it. Check the coverage with doors open and the attachment in use.

Rear work lights
Working side

Tools, access points and nearby ground

Split side coverage where the body or equipment blocks a single lamp. Aim below cab glass and mirrors, and inspect the result from the operator’s seat.

Side flood lights
Forward working point

Bucket, attachment or a distant task

Choose the beam by distance and working width. Check it through the attachment’s movement so the useful light stays on the task.

Spot beam work lights
