Product Overview
The D035-FW 3.5-inch motorcycle LED spot lights use four separate curved TIR lenses for a focused driving beam. The beam reaches 1lux@230m. An orange backlight adds constant, flashing and strobe modes behind the white driving light.
Other JIUGUANG motorcycle LED auxiliary lights include the EVO45 focused-lens high/low lights, with separate high- and low-beam zones, and the Y45 mixed-beam high/low lights, with three focused and three diffused lenses. Both use a 4.5-inch round housing; D035-FW has a 3.5-inch single driving beam.
Four TIR Spot Lenses and 1lux@230m Reach
Four TIR lenses concentrate the white driving beam. Light source power is 36W, with 8,000 raw lumens per pair. The driving beam reaches 1lux@230m. The included yellow covers produce the yellow road view shown below.
Orange Backlight and Strobe Modes
The orange backlight can run alone or with the white driving beam. A two-button switch on the three-core waterproof relay harness controls steady backlight, flashing and strobe; the light modes include simultaneous and alternating flash.
Housing and Motorcycle Installation
The die-cast aluminum alloy housing has open radial cooling fins. D035-FW has an IP69K rating and a 50,000-hour operating life. It uses a PC front lens and stainless steel mounting bracket.
In the Box and Carton
Each single box contains one pair of D035-FW lights with mounting brackets, two yellow covers and a three-core waterproof relay harness with a two-button switch. Orders are by carton, with 12 pairs per carton.
