Product Overview
The D043-FW 4.5-inch motorcycle LED spot lights use seven deep-set TIR lenses for a single driving beam. A separate amber strobe backlight sits behind the main light. The pair is rated at 13,200 raw lumens, and the spot beam reaches 1lux@365m.
For a smaller spot-beam lamp, see the D035-FW 3.5-inch four-lens motorcycle spot light. The Y45 4.5-inch high/low mixed-beam light combines focused and diffused optics, while D043-FW uses seven TIR lenses for a spot driving beam.
Seven TIR Lenses and 1lux@365m Spot Beam
Seven curved TIR lenses focus the driving beam. The divided optical layout keeps the main light and amber backlight in separate light-source zones. Light source power is 70W; actual power is 55W.
The matching yellow covers clip onto the front without tools. The images below show the white driving beam and the beam with yellow covers fitted.
Amber Backlight and Strobe Control
The amber backlight can run alone or with the white driving beam. A two-button switch on the three-core waterproof remote harness selects steady backlight and simultaneous or alternating flash modes.
Housing and Motorcycle Mounting
The die-cast aluminum alloy housing has cooling fins and an IP69K rating. D043-FW has a stainless steel bracket, a −40 to 85°C operating range and a 50,000-hour rated life. The motorcycle photos show the installed lamp and amber backlight.
In the Box and Carton
Each single box contains one pair of D043-FW lights with brackets, two matching yellow covers, a three-core waterproof remote harness with a two-button switch, and mounting hardware. Orders are by carton, with six pairs per carton.
